How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
I reply to most enquiries within 24 hours, often the same day. If you leave a phone number, I can call you when needed so we can go through all the important details together.
I value personal communication, so I always try to reply as soon as possible and give every enquiry individual attention.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Just a few basic details — the event date, venue, approximate guest numbers and a short idea of what type of event you are planning. If you have not decided everything yet, that is perfectly fine.
We can fine-tune the details later. What matters is taking the first step and finding out whether your date is free.
Can I call first without committing to anything?
Yes. A short phone call is often the fastest way to find out whether I am a good fit for your event. I am happy to answer your questions and explain how working together works.
A phone consultation is of course no-obligation, and its main purpose is to help you with your decision.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
Ideally as early as possible, especially if you are planning a wedding or an event in peak season. Popular dates are often reserved several months ahead.
If you are organising an event on a shorter timeline, do not hesitate to contact me. A free date can sometimes appear even at the last minute.
What happens after I submit the form?
First I carefully read your enquiry and check whether the date is available. Then I contact you so we can discuss your ideas together and prepare a solution that matches the character of your event.
If we both feel that we are a good fit, we will confirm your booking and finalise all remaining details together. My goal is that from our very first conversation you feel confident that the entertainment for your event is in good hands.
